Ukraine war reside updates: Blinken urges Moscow to conclude Black Sea ‘blackmail’ Russia suggests it thwarted assault on important oil export hub


Explosions were being noted at Russia’s port of Novorossiysk, a important hub on the Black Sea for Russian oil exports.
