DeSantis asks federal judge to dismiss Disney go well with, declaring broad immunity

Lawyers for Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Monday questioned a federal courtroom to dismiss Disney’s political retaliation lawsuit, arguing that he and at the very least a single other defendant are “immune” due to the fact the company lacks standing to sue them.

A spokesman for Disney did not immediately respond to CNBC’s request for comment on the court docket filing.
