Walt Disney Co. sued Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Wednesday, alleging the Republican governor has waged a “relentless campaign to weaponize authorities electricity” against the business amid a protracted struggle over a controversial classroom monthly bill.

Disney is asking the court docket to rule that the board’s legislative action was unlawful and unenforceable.
