Former President Donald Trump has nonetheless to make a decision if he will go to his impending rape defamation trial, his attorney advised a federal decide Thursday.

Trump and E. Jean Carroll — the author accusing the ex-president of raping her in a office store in the 1990s and then defaming her when she took her tale community — faced a Thursday deadline to tell the decide about their attendance designs for the demo.
