President Joe Biden is in Fridley, Minn. on Monday touring a Cummins facility as the company announced it will devote $1 billion in building cleaner engines.

Cummins intends to make investments the revenue in Indiana, North Carolina and New York, concentrating on building reduced-to-zero-carbon engines.
