British regulator softens stance on Microsoft-Activision offer levels of competition concerns

The U.K.’s level of competition regulator on Friday explained it has narrowed the scope of its investigation into Microsoft’s takeover of Activision, stating it no for a longer time believes the deal will direct to a considerable lessening of competition in the console gaming marketplace.
