New York prosecutors reveal Trump prison charges likely, report says

Prosecutors in New York Town have indicated to attorneys for President Donald Trump that he could be criminally charged in relationship with a hush revenue payment to porn star Stormy Daniels on his behalf in advance of the 2016 presidential election, a new report mentioned Thursday.

The New York Situations claimed that Trump was available the opportunity by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office environment to testify following week to the grand jury that has been accumulating proof and hearing testimony for the felony probe.

A spokesperson for Trump informed NBC Information: “The Manhattan District Attorney’s risk to indict President Trump is just crazy.”

In addition to the probe by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, Trump is underneath criminal investigation in Atlanta for interference in the 2020 presidential election, when he tried out to get state officers to overturn the victory in Ga by President Joe Biden.

Trump also is under prison investigation by the Department of Justice for efforts to reverse his decline in the Electoral School to Biden that 12 months, and for pressuring then-Vice President Mike Pence to refuse to take the certifications of Biden electors from swing states that gave Biden his margin of victory.
