Senate Minority Chief Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., was hospitalized soon after tripping at a resort, a spokesperson said Wednesday.

“This night, Chief McConnell tripped at a area hotel for the duration of a non-public meal. He has been admitted to the hospital the place he is receiving remedy,” McConnell spokesman David Popp reported in a statement.
