Google on Monday declared an synthetic intelligence chatbot engineering known as “Bard” that the enterprise will commence rolling out. The announcement confirms CNBC’s prior reporting. Bard will contend straight with rival ChatGPT, an AI assistance developed by OpenAI.

The engineering is run by the firm’s large language product LaMDA, or Language Model for Dialogue Purposes.
