Advertisers will return to Twitter if a handful of main circumstances are met, ad expert claims

Advertisement expert Maurice Levy explained Friday that the majority of advertisers are probable to return to Elon Musk’s overhauled Twitter — on the proviso that a handful of basic situations are achieved.
