Morocco airline cancels Globe Cup fans’ flights, citing Qatar limitations

Morocco’s nationwide airline explained it was canceling all flights it experienced scheduled for Wednesday to carry lovers to Doha for the Planet Cup semi-remaining, citing what it mentioned was a decision by Qatari authorities.

“Subsequent the most up-to-date limits imposed by the Qatari authorities, Royal Air Maroc regrets to inform clients of the cancellation of their flights operated by Qatar Airways,” the airline stated in an emailed assertion.

The Qatari government’s intercontinental media workplace did not quickly respond to requests for remark.

Royal Air Maroc had earlier claimed it would lay on 30 additional flights to support fans get to Qatar for Wednesday night’s semi-last recreation against France but on Tuesday a supply at a RAM travel agency mentioned only 14 flights experienced been scheduled.
