Previous top rated Trump White Home aide Kellyanne Conway is becoming questioned by the Residence select committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot, NBC Information documented Monday.

Conway, an instrumental portion of previous President Donald Trump’s effective 2016 campaign and one of his closest advisors in workplace, appeared in particular person for the deposition on Capitol Hill, two resources familiar with the issue told NBC.

Conway did not respond to inquiries from an ABC Information reporter who spotted her moving into a convention place utilised by the decide on committee.

She was accompanied by attorney Emmet Flood, who is reportedly also symbolizing previous Vice President Mike Pence and other folks involved in Trump-associated legal matters.
