Meta Platforms reportedly fired or disciplined much more than two dozen personnel and contractors who allegedly compromised and took command of Fb consumer accounts, The Wall Avenue Journal reported Thursday.

Bribery was associated in some instances, the Journal reported, citing resources and documents.

The report mentioned people who were being locked out of their Fb accounts usually were not capable to regain entry via regular means, such as reaching out to Fb immediately.
