New York Lawyer General Letitia James on Wednesday sued former President Donald Trump, the Trump Organization, 3 of his grownup small children, and other folks for allegedly common fraud involving wrong money statements linked to the organization.

The civil lawsuit submitted in Manhattan Supreme Courtroom seeks at least $250 million in damages, and seeks to bar Trump, Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, and Ivanka Trump from serving as an officer of a corporation in New York.
