This tech CEO says you should implicitly trust your co-workers. Here’s why

Bev White, CEO of Nash Squared, shares her career-defining lightbulb moment with CNBC’s “My Biggest Lessons.”

“I implicitly trust people. That’s my go to position,” she added. “If you show people they’re trusted, they’re going to do their very best work. Nine times out of 10, that’s always going to be what happens.”

However, this does not mean there are no consequences if someone takes advantage of that trust.

“Of course, if that trust is broken, it’s going to take a long way to come back from that,” she said.

This is just one of five of Bev White’s biggest lessons. Watch the video above for more.
